Duration of your stay :
We don not enforce a minimum (or maximum!) duration for your stay.
However, we prefer stays of a least 2 nights from friday to sunday, and during school holidays.

Reservation within 14 days of arrival :
Confirmation or your reservation :
The reservation becomes effective upon receipt of the total amount of your stay (payment by bank card or bank transfer).
Cancellation by Host :
No refund will be possible.

Reservation more than 14 days before arrival:
Confirmation of your reservation :
The reservation becomes effective upon receipt of a deposit of 50% of the total amount of your stay (payment by bank card or bank transfer). The balance will be paid on your departure (payment by check, bank card, cash).
Cancellation by Host:
If the cancellation occurs more than 14 days before the start of the stay, we will refund your deposit.
If the cancellation occurs less than 14 days before the start of the stay, the deposit remains with us and we will also ask you for payment of the balance of the price of the stay.

Shortened stay:
The price corresponding to the amount of the stay is due in full.

Cancellation by Balcons de Sorgeat:
If we were obliged to cancel the stay before your arrival, we will inform you of this by telephone or email and will immediately refund the sums paid.

No show:
Whatever the length of the stay, if the guests do not show up (email, telephone, sms) before 7 p.m. on the first day of the stay, we can dispose of the room. The deposit remains acquired and we reserve the right to claim the balance of the amount of the stay.
